Dimensions and bending radius
Range of pipe dimensions: Outside diameter (OD) from 16 mm. to 508 mm. (20″), wall thickness from 1.2 mm. to 100 mm.
Hollow section: max 300 mm. x 600 mm.
Bending Radius: The radius can be steplessly adjusted from 60 mm. to 22,000 mm.
It must be noted that the minimum radius depends on material quality and thickness. Normally, we do not recommend smaller centre radius on a round pipe than 2D (2 x OD).
Materials
Carbon steel including: API 5L X52(SML 360), API 5L X60(SML 415), API 5L X65(SML 450) etc
Stainless and alloy steel types including: Duplex, Super Duplex, Super Austenite, Inconell, clad pipe, 6 MO, 316 L, 304 L etc.
Other materials: Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Titanium.
